Your Host

Hi, I'm Callie! I'm a mom of four who loves to get out and explore with my family. I created Forced Family Fun because nothing is more important to me than making memories with my loved ones. Of course, sometimes those loved ones (especially the teens) need a little convincing. So, we joke that we're "forcing" them to have fun with us!

 

I’m passionate about creating comfortable spaces where you can enjoy quality time together, and yes—"force" your people to make lasting memories. It’s all about those moments that will stay with you for a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4:00pm and checkout is at 10:00am.
Are early check-in and late checkout available?
After booking, you will receive a link to request a 2-hour early check-in or late checkout for a small fee. This request goes to our cleaning team who will approve it if they can accommodate it in their schedules that day.
Do you allow pets?
Our Kanab properties do not allow pets. Our Heber-Overgaard cabins do allow pets for a fee of $50 per pet per reservation. (Pets are not to be left in the cabin unattended unless in a crate. Please bring your own blankets/towels for your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture.)
How far are the properties from the nearby National Parks?
Kanab, UT is about a 40-minute drive to the East entrance of Zion National Park, about 1 hour 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Heber-Overgaard, AZ is about an hour drive to the Petrified Forest National Park.

This cabin is exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy, and really felt like home. My husband and I stayed for two nights for our 21st anniversary, and we really enjoyed it. The cabin was impeccably clean, and there was nothing we needed that was not available to us. The fireplace is a great touch and the full kitchen allowed for us to make meals and really enjoy the space. The bathroom is large and accommodating, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We slept great! The area felt private and connected to nature. We didn't hear any road noise at all. We enjoyed stargazing as well, as there is very little light pollution. Callie was a wonderful host, very friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience with this Airbnb could not have been better. On a three couples trip to visit parks in the area. Kanab was a perfect base camp for Zion, Bryce, Pink Sand Dunes, Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, White Pocket and many more. House was nestled into box canyon in beautiful newer development with added benefits of community weight too, pool and pickleball. Beautiful backyard fire pit and cliff views. Host very responsive and suggested places to visit. Our only mistake was not staying longer!

The location was perfect as there was a convenience store right down the street and it was far away enough from the road to where you still had the “middle of the woods” experience. Callie was very communicative and instructions were very clear and easy to act on. Checking in and out was very easygoing and the cabin overall was very clean and cozy. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using again!

absolutely the best airbnb or rental that we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many) appreciate the newness, cleanliness and amenities. love having laundry, toiletries provided and well stocked kitchen with small appliances and all cooking equipment in good condition. the bedrooms felt luxurious and master bath was extra spacious. views to backyard from master bedroom were nice. amazing hiking trails weaving across cliffs behind house are accessible down the block. and of course zion, grand staircase, page AZ and bryce in driving distance. We have three teenagers and all very very happy.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin after Christmas! The star-gazing deck and hot tub were definite highlights—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the crisp winter nights. The trees surrounding the cabin provided a nice sense of privacy, The cabin was warm, inviting, and the perfect size for our family of four. We loved the convenient location, especially being able to grab a delicious lunch from the Groovy Gringa food truck at 260 Brewery just across the road. The kids were thrilled to see wildlife right outside the cabin, including squirrels and deer, which added a magical touch to our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved Callie + Zach's place! It was exactly as pictured; a lovely home with plenty of space for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool, and we loved the spacious walk-in closet (not something I realized I needed, but so helpful for organizing our packing cubes in an unobtrusive way) and beautiful primary bedroom. This home was in a brilliant location; it allowed us to easily access Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Antelope Canyon during our visit and was the perfect retreat. Callie's place was a dream! We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, and the set up was perfect. Loved that there was a king bed for each couple and the kids had so much fun in the bunk room. We could tell right away that Callie puts so much time and care into this rental. It was so nice to be well stocked on supplies like tp, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, detergent, etc that most rentals do not provide. We loved the backyard space, the pool area, and the neighborhood. Callie was very responsive when we asked for recommendations and always super helpful. Kanab was awesome, and if we are ever lucky enough to return, we will definitely be staying at Callie's place again!
