A Bit More About This Property

This home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king-sized bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and separate entrance to the back porch.

 

The primary bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Pack n play is also provided for smaller guests.

 

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and smart TV.

 

The third bedroom has two triple bunkbeds (6 twins), a kid's dream! It is next to the second bathroom which has double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

 

The full kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools you need to enjoy meals at home and there is seating available for everyone in the dining area.

 

The living room has a large sectional, smart TV, games, and there is fast WiFi for everyone to connect. There is also a desk area available for remote work or study.

 

Feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay as well as the pool towels for our community pool and spa!

 

The backyard has a brand new hot tub, grill, firepit, and seating so you can enjoy the views of the red cliffs and do some star gazing.

 

Neighborhood amenities include an outdoor pool (open seasonally), an indoor pool and spa (open year-round), a fitness center, clubhouse/gameroom, and a brand new park with a playground and pickleball court!

 

You will have the entire home to yourself, including the garage and private back yard and hot tub!

 

Pool key must be returned to it's original place. There is a $250 fine to replace a missing pool key.

 

La Estancia neighborhood has a community clubhouse with a game room, gathering area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor pool.

 

The neighborhood is easily driveable. You may park in the garage or on the driveway but parking on the street is prohibited. No trailers may be parked on the driveway but may be parked inside the garage.

 

Kanab is situated just South of Bryce Canyon National Park, East of Zion National Park, North of the Grand Canyon North Rim, and West of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Jackson-Flat Reservoir are also nearby. With hiking trails, slot canyons, mountain biking, and countless ATV trails there is something for everyone to enjoy!

 

Please be aware that there are very strict CC&R’s established in this neighborhood. If any of the community rules are broken there will be a daily fine for each day of infraction. Fines can be anywhere between $100- $500.

 

Community Rules for La Estancia:

- Daily clubhouse cleaning from 8AM- 9AM. The clubhouse is closed during this hour to ensure sanitation and undisturbed time for cleaner.

- There is no parking on the street. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- ATV’s must be parked in the garage.

- No parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may not invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.

This was such a fabulous home base for our adventure! We went to Bryce Canyon, did some river rafting, enjoyed a small town 4th of July, then visited the Grand Canyon on our last day. The kids loved going to the pool every day, but especially when we got back from hiking. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well, which was amazing and helped us have the energy we needed for our outdoor activities. The couch was also super comfy. The entire fam watched all three of the High School Musical movies on it together, breaking out into some funny sing-along moments to seal in the memory. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together when they wanted, but also to have some quiet space when that's what they wanted instead. This was our first time in Kanab and we really appreciated all the helpful information in the binder on the coffee table as well. Thanks Callie for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!

This was an amazing stay for a girls trip! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything needed, plus more. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Kanab! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with every “extra” we could ever need (coffee, every kitchen appliance imaginable, chip clips, Ziploc bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, plenty of towels for the hot tub/pool, 2 different types of detergent for the washing machine, utensils for the grill, coolers, fire wood, extra paper towels, cozy blankets, phone chargers, and so much more— literally every detail was thought of!!). The hot tub was such a treat after long days of exploring Zion and Bryce and the peaceful, beautiful location made it even better! The host was so friendly, welcoming, and made everything easy. This house was incredible with more room than we needed for the two of us. The entire place was very clean with high-quality fashionable furniture. We parked our small suv in the garage and there was still room for a second car if needed. Everything was functional and easy to use from the kitchen, televisions, the laundry room, to hot tub on the patio. We used the gym in the community center and the indoor pool looked nice, although we did not have a chance to use that. The outdoor pool also looked nice, although is was closed for the winter. It was about a 5 minute walk to the community center building through a beautiful neighborhood. The trailhead to Tom's Canyon trail starts just down the street and is a nice scenic hike. The location was very convenient for us to take day trips to Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and the Toadstool hike.

This was a beautiful home with lots of helpful amenities. There were dishwasher pods, plastic baggies, shampoo/conditioner, board games, and laundry pods which was so nice not to have to bring or buy. The garage access was also super nice. My only complaint is that the fire pit required wood, and was not gas powered like we originally thought. I think that should be advertised. The location was great and we were able to walk almost everywhere we needed. It felt very safe!

Kanab was a perfect base camp for Zion, Bryce, Pink Sand Dunes, Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, White Pocket and many more. House was nestled into box canyon in beautiful newer development with added benefits of community weight too, pool and pickleball. Beautiful backyard fire pit and cliff views. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool, and we loved the spacious walk-in closet (not something I realized I needed, but so helpful for organizing our packing cubes in an unobtrusive way) and beautiful primary bedroom. This home was in a brilliant location; it allowed us to easily access Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Antelope Canyon during our visit and was the perfect retreat. Callie's place was a dream! We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, and the set up was perfect. Loved that there was a king bed for each couple and the kids had so much fun in the bunk room. We could tell right away that Callie puts so much time and care into this rental. You can tell that Callie really puts an effort forward to make sure her quests feel at home during their stay with a lot of little extra things she has in place that many other of the Air B&Bs we've stayed at didn't. The house itself is very nice and setup nicely from the bathrooms to the living room, to the beds to the nicely stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed drinking my mourning coffee sitting in the back yard in the peacefulness and beauty of the surrounding area, as well as watching the humming birds fly around. This is a beautiful, lovely home and we loved every minute of this stay. One of the best Airbnb experiences, if not the best, that I've had. It was the perfect size for us, everything is so well thought out and so organized, it was super easy to make ourselves at home. Callie was so helpful and communicative. The grocery store is 5 min away and we were only 30 min away from the back entrance of Zion, but there are other great hikes close by like the Sand Caves and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, among others. If we ever come back to Kanab, there is no question, we will want to stay here again. Also, it is located in the most beautiful neighborhood with the rocky hills surrounding it, absolutely idyllic. The house couldn’t have been more perfect for us and our two kids (4 and 3)! It is easily one of, if not the, best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We loved being so close and accessible to so many great areas to explore. The town of Kanab was wonderful too, with lots of food options, easy grocery stores, and everything is close by. The house was clean, had truly comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of blankets, and we loved having access to laundry. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the views were amazing to wake up to! We even loved spending time in the backyard where the kids looked for lizards, explored all the items around, ate dinner on the patio, and we watched the stars after the kids went to bed. There wasn’t even background noise, just the sounds of nature. It was incredible. Check in and out were incredibly smooth (and we didn’t have to do a ton of stuff before leaving, which was really nice!)We thought this was going to be a one time trip, but we can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great time at Callie's place in Kanab! 4 adults, 4 kids, and an infant! We all fit comfortably and had all we needed for our stay. Great location as it was a short drive to the sand dunes and the museum and under an hour to Zion back entrance as well. We have entered though Springdale before so it was nice to enter through the back of the park, this route is more windy so be prepared if you or the kiddos get car sick easily. We drove nice and slow through to enjoy the amazing views and even saw some mountain goats! Lots of deer came up right behind the home too one evening which we all loved seeing. Thank you for a great stay!!

I cannot believe how much I loved Kanab, but I think a huge part of it was the location of this excellent house and our experience with Callie! Situated beneath the red rock cliffs in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Kanab has to offer. Hiking trails accessible within walking distance from the house.  The community indoor swimming pool and hot tub were super fun for the kids, not to mention the clubhouse! The fire pit! The bunk room! The card and board games! The comfy beds! the garage! My husband and I said WOW when we walked into Callie’s place. The decor and design are phenomenal. I chose this home because of the view, and I’m so glad I did. We love the neighborhood—very walkable, just a few blocks from stores and restaurants, quiet and peaceful, gorgeous views of the red cliffs, amenities like pool, hot tub, and workout room. We thought Kanab was a great central location for the things we wanted to see: Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon north rim, and Highway 12 scenic byway. Kanab has 2 great grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants, plus it’s really cute. It’s really the best town for resources for many, many miles, so we stayed for a week. We had so much fun exploring every day and can’t wait to come back!

The kitchen was not stocked with the bare minimum, it had more than enough dishes and cutlery to feed 10 people. The beds were AMAZING! Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood with a refreshing pool. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, nice patio set, grill, and fenced in yard for the little ones to burn energy. The master bath was more than I expected, so nice. We went with another couple and there was no bickering over the master suite because there were two very nice king beds, one in each room. Awesome place to stay!

We stayed in Callie’s place for several nights and loved every minute. Kanab itself is close to Zion and accessible to other spots like Bryce and the Grand Canyon, and closer to home there are two grocery stores and several places to eat or get ice cream. The house had plenty of space and an inviting back patio including a gas grill. The neighborhood pool was perfect for our needs, and our kids also enjoyed playing billiards. We’ve stayed at many similar places and it really doesn’t get better than Callie’s place.

This home was so beautiful. Perfectly situated for our needs and we could not get over the view from the backyard. Loved the simple decor and cozy space. We felt right at home. It was also great that we had access to a pool for the hot afternoons when we got back from hikes. A bonus that there are a few beautiful hikes with a trailhead right at the corner of the neighborhood. This was also the perfect location for our trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My family and I traveled to Kanab to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Kanab is a perfect location in proximity to the parks. It was 30 minutes to the east entrance to Zion and about 1:15 to Bryce. Also, Kanab is a sweet, quaint, little town with an interesting history of its own. When we arrived at Callie's house, it was just as it was described and then some. It was clean, cute and comfortable! The process from reserving the house to check-in, and check-out was seamless. When we arrived, everything was in immaculate order and Callie was very prompt in responding and taking care of some of our minor needs. Great place to come back to after long days enjoying the parks. Our family especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire stove she has in the back yard. All four of us rated our stay at Callie's a 10 out of 10!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. this home is beautiful and so welcoming. the decor is very tasteful and the house aesthetically pleasing. everything was very well kept; I am planning to visit again in the near future. we actually added an unexpected night to our trip because of how much we enjoyed the stay. I traveled all throughout the western states and kanab is my favorite so far. there are so many hidden gems to appreciate. we LOVED our time spent here and felt SO relaxed. the master bedroom is extremely peaceful.

Callie's place was perfect for our vacation. We had 4 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of room, house was very clean, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We took advantage of about everything there was to offer, we cooked in a couple nights, watched movies, had a campfire, took the kids to the pool (short walk), used the garden tub, played the games provided and used the maps/restaurant guides. I had to change our dates soon after booking and Callie accommodated our request. Easy drive to Zion Nation Park, Peek-A-Boo Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lee's Ferry, Kanab Hiking Trails and more. We would stay here again in a heart beat, there was nothing we didn't have here.

We had a great time for the 2 nights we stayed. check in was easy, with our own custom key code. House instructions were clear, and the heater was on so the house was warm. There were extra towels just for the Pool. That was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and accommodated the 7 of us with Ease. Would definitely recommend, and stay again in the future. Callie was very responsive and easy to work with. Top Notch. Zions National park east entrance was only about 30 minutes away, and the Sand Caves hike was close and really cool.

This place is so much more cozy, comfortable, and inviting than the photos show. The kitchen has all the utensils, conveniences, and appliances that you would expect to have at home (and not just cheap things to make it look good, but quality items). The linens, towels and other comfort items are all first class. Beds and furniture are very comfortable and quality. Please know that you will be extremely pleased with this home ... The house was incredibly comfortable, easy to keep clean, intuitive where you kept items, great quality on bedding and towels and kitchenware so it felt homey rather than cheap. Well done on this Air BNB! Easy distance to Zion and Bryce NP. Cute little town in which it is situated with beautiful red rock views. Indoor and outdoor pool are clean and inviting. Great neighborhood, made us comfortable taking walks even late at night (the stars are amazing, you’ll want a night walk too!)

I can't say enough good things about Callie's AirBnB. I've stayed in many AirBnB's, and Callie's is probably the best setup of any that I've stayed in. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Easy access to the town of Kanab (5 minute drive into town). An easy 1 hour drive to Zion. And Callie has thought of everything in terms of setup, right down to the charging cords on the nightstands. She has everything that you would need for cooking, toiletries, and anything else. I can't say enough good things about how nice the home and setup have been done. Callie really knocked it out of the park with this. Book it if you can.
