You will have the entire home to yourself, including the garage and private back yard and hot tub!
Pool key must be returned to it's original place. There is a $250 fine to replace a missing pool key.
La Estancia neighborhood has community clubhouse with a game room, gathering area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, and outdoor pool. Only 2-min from dowtown Kanab with red cliffs on all sides.
The neighborhood is easily driveable. You may park in the garage or on the driveway but parking on the street is prohibited. No trailers may be parked on the driveway but may be parked inside the garage.
Kanab is situated just South of Bryce Canyon National Park, East of Zion National Park, North of the Grand Canyon North Rim, and West of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Jackson-Flat Reservoir are also nearby. With hiking trails, slot canyons, mountain biking, and countless ATV trails there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Please be aware that there are very strict CC&R’s established in this neighborhood. If any of the community rules are broken there will be a daily fine for each day of infraction. Fines can be anywhere between $100- $500.
Community Rules for La Estancia:
- Daily clubhouse cleaning from 8AM- 9AM. The clubhouse is closed during this hour to ensure sanitation and undisturbed time for cleaner.
- There is no parking on the street. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- ATV’s must be parked in the garage.
- No parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may not invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.
