This cozy cabin is the perfect getaway!
The private hot tub is on the back deck. A great spot to relax and star gaze.
Comfortable leather sleeper sofa can fold out and sleep 2 people. TV has streaming available for you to log into your favorite services. The propane fireplace keeps it nice and cozy.

This charming, wood-paneled cabin is the perfect spot to get away and relax. Large windows and a skylight fill the space with warm, natural light, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

 

-Living Area: The vaulted living room features a stone propane fireplace, wall A/C unit, TV with Roku for your streaming apps, and a full-size pullout couch for extra guests.

-Kitchen: The full kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

-Bedrooms: The cabin includes a main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a fun loft space with two twin beds.

-Bathroom: A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, complimentary bath products, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

-Outdoor Living: Enjoy two distinct outdoor spaces. A private deck off the primary bedroom features a bubbling hot tub. The large front porch offers outdoor seating and a propane grill, perfect for evening cookouts.

-Modern Comforts: Stay connected with fast WiFi throughout the cabin.

 

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities, including the private deck with the hot tub and the front porch with the grill. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

 

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. While we won't be on the property during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.

 

The Mogollon Resort cabins are the perfect getaway to escape the hustle, bustle, and heat of Arizona. The small, mountain town of Overgaard has all of the essentials and a handful of good restaurants to enjoy.

 

This cabin is near the Mogollon Rim and the Petrified Forest National Park.

-Pet Fee: We are happy to welcome your furry friends. A non-refundable fee of $50 per pet is required for the entire booking.

-Security: For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior security camera is located on the premises. This camera monitors the exterior and does not have views of any interior spaces or the hot tub.

-Safety: Due to high fire danger in the area, no outdoor fires are allowed in this community.

Weather Policy: No refunds will be given for weather-related events or road closures. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if you are traveling during the winter months.

Moose Meadow is our favorite cabin! We’ve stayed there for our anniversary a half a dozen times and about a dozen times throughout several cabins on the property. This was the first time we had Callie as a host. She was very friendly, responsive, and check-in and out was easy. Pricing was reasonable and definitely worth it! The cabin is surrounded by Pine trees with only trees behind it and cabins on each side. It’s more secluded than other cabins. The Jacuzzi hot tub is outside under the stars, and the main reason we love going to this cabin year after year!! It’s absolutely stunning to watch the stars while relaxing in the hot tub. Callie added rope lights around the hot tub, which was a great addition. Our friends have already requested Callie’s information, so they can enjoy Moose Meadow as much as we do. Thank you Callie for a wonderful stay at our favorite cabin!! We felt right at home and it was peaceful and very relaxing. We will definitely be back for years to come!!

Even though there were cabins all around you still were able to enjoy the quiet. Being able to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the stars without the noise was truly blissful. The moment you open the door you feel cozy and egard to unwind. Callie gives you clear instructions, step by step check in and check out. I struggle with passcode locks but this was easy peasy. This little cabin was exactly what was needed. It was the perfect little getaway. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looks for a little weekend getaway. Youll be in good hands with a host that cares and in a cabin thats comfy cozy.

The water pressure in the shower is amazing, the hot tub was clean and warm upon our arrival and we enjoyed it nearly every afternoon. Moose Meadow Cabin is a nice cabin that Callie has. It does have some older features such as the hot tub,TV with Roku that works when it wants lol so just be prepared for that. The positive things of the cabin was the bed ! We brought our own topper to place on it and with that it was like sleeping on a cloud. The cabin is very clean, comfy,cozy and is around other cabins that are much closer then the pictures show. You can hear what the other people are watching on TV when windows the are open. I recommend Moose Meadow for a little romantic getaway for a couple. Happy travels !😁

Our host was amazing. Communicated very well and made sure we were well prepared! Our trip entailed my husband, my two year old and myself! This cabin was the perfect size, and it was isolated and cozy! The fireplace kept us very warm, and the heaters worked very well! The pullout bed in the living room was great since we wanted to be close to our toddler and not worry about him on the stairs! There was a family dollar that was a quick 10 min drive to get any groceries we needed. There was an AMAZING coffee shop near by called Sanders Coffee co,! It was a wonderful experience on every level. The place was spacious yet cozy. The smell of the pines and the stars in the skies at night made the experience even more magical. I so enjoyed our happy hour on the front porch every evening. The hot tub was an added bonus for us at the end of the day. The one thing that really stuck out was the quality of the bedding. I visited this cabin with my 14mo, 2mo, my dad, and my 12 year old brother and we were so comfortable. The back patio by the hot tub has lots of gated room for a little one to explore outside but still be in a contained space, although having other guests staying around us we could not hear any noise from the other visitors so huge bonus! All in all we loved our stay in Callie’s cabin and would 10/10 recommend staying here whether for a couples trip or for a family trip, the cabin is perfect for both! Thanks Callie!

We had an amazing first time experience here! After the Rocky Road ice cream we played cards with the windows open and a little speaker just for us. So fun! We would definitely stay here again. Great place to get away from the phoenix heat. Ceiling fans more than made up for the small AC. Full kitchen was great and local food also delicious, burgers at Red Onion are a must! Plan other places to go explore as the cabins are some what close together about 25 to 30ft apart. Hot tub was amazing. Coffee wasn't a short walk as you'd have to cross a 4 lane highway with no crosswalk but they was coffee at the cabin so no big deal. Kids a great time. Get this place!

We went up for a short weekend trip and had an amazing stay! The Cabin had everything we needed for cooking meals in and everything was very clean and easy to find. Callie was a great host and helped us out with any questions we had very quickly. There is a restaurant and a Coffee house/taproom just a quick 5 minute walk from the cabin which was very convenient. Will for sure be back!

Let me start by saying our host was awesome and kind enough to let us check in early. The place was easy to find although we were a bit bummed that it was squeezed in between several other tiny cabins. Upon arrival, the place was clean and looked just as described on AirBnB although it was much smaller than we expected and is less than 600 sq ft. The hot tub worked well and we slept well the first night. The next day was a bit challenging. The temperature outside was close to 95 degrees and although the description stated there was A/C in the cabin, we found this meant a small window A/C unit placed near the stairs. Upon turning it on full blast, we learned that barely any cold air was coming out and the entire place became nearly unlivable for most of the day. We were forced to sit in our car or hang out at the closest Circle K to cool off. We ended up leaving early in the middle of the night so we didn't have to worry about heat the next day. For these reasons, I am rating it 3 stars

My daughter and I took the littles for a small Spring Break. The cabin was exactly as depicted and we knew the kids would love the stairs, two second floor twin beds in the A Frame space, perfect for play forts. Our host was extremely responsive to our few questions through the messaging app. The internet was great and making our own guest profile to log into our own streaming services was easy. We enjoyed all of it and will come back!

Across the street there are restaurants, we ate there and also used the grill. the hot tub was amazing, and the top bedroom was as well. I loved the sun roof up there, and the view of the trees. If you’re used to the city and just want to get away and visit the forest this place is great. Just know that it is SECLUDED. Closest stores are pretty far. All the other people at the resort were also nice. Great place for dogs, my dog loved it.
