This cabin has a large, open living area/full kitchen/dining.

The living room has a propane fireplace, cozy leather furniture, and a TV with satellite channels. Wall A/C unit is there if needed.

There is a full size kitchen with dishes/cookware for your use.

The bathroom is large with a tub/shower combo, plus large sink area. A stacking washer/dryer is in the closet.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and the private hot tub is on the deck just off the bedroom.

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself as well as the private hot tub.

This cabin is near the Mogollon Rim and the Petrified Forest National Park.

Pets are allowed. We charge a fee of $50 per pet per booking. (Pets are not to be left in the cabin unattended. Please bring your own blankets/towels for your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture.)

No fires are allowed in this community.

No refunds will be given for weather-related road closures. We recommend adding Airbnb's travel insurance if you are traveling in the winter.

This cabin is exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy, and really felt like home. My husband and I stayed for two nights for our 21st anniversary, and we really enjoyed it. The cabin was impeccably clean, and there was nothing we needed that was not available to us. The fireplace is a great touch and the full kitchen allowed for us to make meals and really enjoy the space. The bathroom is large and accommodating, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We slept great! The area felt private and connected to nature. We didn't hear any road noise at all. We enjoyed stargazing as well, as there is very little light pollution. Callie was a wonderful host, very friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved this location! My friend and I actually used it for a read-a-thon, so we could escape work and just read our books. It was perfect! Cozy and private, just like we wanted. Callie was super great about getting all the information to us ahead of time, so we were ready to go when the time came to check in.

We loved our stay at Callie’s rental! Overgaard is a quiet and friendly town with lots to see and do. We would happily go back cause the rental was nice and private and had lots of nice features we loved like the hot tub and fire place. I would recommend staying here because of the vibe of the town and the rental as well as Callie’s amazing communication and support!

We celebrated our engagement here and it was a beautiful cabin! It was in a perfect location and the scenery was wonderful. We were able to bring our dogs which made it even more special to have them with us, would totally recommend.
