What time are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and checkout is at 10:00am.

Are early check-in and late checkout available?

After booking, you will receive a link to request a 2-hour early check-in or late checkout for a small fee. This request goes to our cleaning team who will approve it if they can accommodate it in their schedules that day.

Our Kanab properties do not allow pets. Our Heber-Overgaard cabins do allow pets for a fee of $50 per pet per reservation. (Pets are not to be left in the cabin unattended unless in a crate. Please bring your own blankets/towels for your pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture.)

How far are the properties from the nearby National Parks?

Kanab, UT is about a 40-minute drive to the East entrance of Zion National Park, about 1 hour 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Heber-Overgaard, AZ is about an hour drive to the Petrified Forest National Park.

This condo is as close to Park City Mountain Resort as you can get without being in it! A free shuttle is available to take you to all ski areas (Park City, Deer Valley, Woodward) as well as any other landmarks, shopping areas, etc.

There are stairs you will need to climb in order to enter the condo.

Lovely apartment in walking distance to the Park City ski lifts! Super clean and very thoughtfully equipped all around. The fire place deserves a special mention, that makes the living area a cozy and warm hang out spot after the ski days. Bus stops are in walking distance, too. We were five people overall, with two 8/9 yo girls, and they also enjoyed the place very much. Callie was very responsive and quick to sort out any questions that came up.

Conveniently located 2nd floor apt. One BR was spacious with a desk & en suite bathroom, 2nd BR had very little space. The apt seemed clean without any strong smells, however there was a good bit of dust on the accent table and dining table. Beds were comfortable enough. Sufficient pillows were provided. For a place to stay that is cute, clean, quiet that you will mostly be in to sleep, this apt will be perfect.

Excellent apartment and exceptional host! Great location, away enough from downtown to be quiet and close enough to walk to First Time/Eagle/3 Kings lifts. I’ve stayed at 50+ Airbnb’s and this is easily in my top 5. Stylish and minimalist decor, comfortable spaces, fully equipped with all the small items you need to settle in and feel at home, especially in the kitchen. Not much more you could hope for in an Airbnb. (Only wishlist item would be having W/D in the apartment.) Callie was very responsive, accommodating of our travel timing and quickly resolved two fluky issues we had upon arrival promptly the next morning (TV, shower head). We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.
